OPC, SPC, TPC

First things first...

Moving on: Wed's training was not bad. We had to bowl with the seniors again. My highest score was 92!!! And yes, like what Nic said, I took uber long before finally striking. Haha Jessica's really cute! When Jeanette striked (the word "struck" doesn't seem to be appropriate here...) Jessica did a lil dance on the spot but she ended only twisting her hip left and right o_O And when she herself striked, we gave an elaborate "WAA...!" and she pretended to swagger back like some cool yoyo dude. During training I heard her say to Jeanette, "Just now I turn around then I was like thinking 'Eh, why this shoe so familiar one ar?' Then I realised it was mine!" Jeanette burst into laughter. Haha!

Bio CA is like...=_= Dun even remind me... Sheesh. But I guess I have no one to blame but myself. I knew that I'll have so many activities in the week but still I didn't buck up. *sigh* The results I'd get back will be as friendly a reminder as a tight slap across my face. This cannot go on. The tot of promos is a daunting one. And I certainly do not want to retain. All my friends have long begun a steady revision of their subs. If they can do it, I'm sure I can!! ;DD There's Chem CA next week and Maths CA during the 3rd week. D: Must study study study!!

Today's training was pretty fun as well. Too bad Jessica and Tricia couldn't come... AND LOVELY GRACEMARY DITCHED US FOR COUNCIL CAMP. Hmm today was pretty weird coz I'm usually very uptight when I have to train with the seniors. But today I felt very relaxed. Hmm. I tot abt it for quite a while and I finally came to a conclusion that I prob felt more relaxed today coz Tricia's not around? I dunno why I always feel pressured to do insanely well in her presence coz she's REALLY REALLY GOOD. I think she has the best bowlers' stance and footwork. But aiyah...if I were better I doubt I'd be so scared to sorta... do badly. I dun want her to think that I'm fooling around or anything. Sometimes my performance can be so jialut that I appear to be 'playing' and not actually 'training'...(even tho that's not true) *sigh* BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP. I STRIVE TO BE CONSISTENT EVERY SINGLE TIME I BOWL!! I wanna be as good as Tricia!
Oh yeah, Jo came up with the term "OPC" which stands for "One Pin Curse". This dreaded thing - which always happens to the both of us - occurs when every pin falls except for one. It's usually caused by a not-powerful-enough swing. Poor girl. She OPC-ed like all the time today. Then thru the 2nd half of the game, I was struck with "SPC" - "Seventh Pin Curse" as Samantha calls it. I kept knocking down ONLY the no.7 pin (furthermost left) and leaving so many pins behind. What was worse was that I'M A TERRIBLE SPARER. In fact, I dun even think I can call myself that coz I can't freaking spare for nuts. T_T Next followed the "TPC" - "Tenth Pin Curse" - which struck Charlene and occasionally, Jeanette. Like me, they kept knocking down only the no.10 pin (furthermost right) Charlene seemed pretty disappointed today... Poor girl... ;(
But no matter what happens, I STILL LOVE BOWLING! <33 I hate it when training ends early.

Tmr we'll head down to Chevrons Jurong for training. Good thing coz it's so near my house (sorry Nic!) and bad thing coz I have to lung my bowling equipment all da way there, all da way back home, and then all da way to sch on mon, and finally all da way to training. Wow.

I came to the realisation today that I want a new shoe bag much more than a PSP Slim. *gasps!* Shocking right? But I dun exactly feel very happy when I bring the "St. Anthony's Primary School Children's Day 1999" shoebag all da way from home, all da way to training, and then all da way back home again.

Oooh yeah, Shirley-Whirley tied her hair up today!! But only momentarily. Darn I totally forgot to take a pic. She looked like a female ninja! So cute!! Haha!

Will be uploading pics soon... coz I really feel like hitting da sack now and there's training tmr too. (Freak I just rmbed that my dad's gonna go with me to Chevrons Jurong tmr and bowl while we bowl. @_@ Help.)
