PE today was GREAT (note the sarcasm as well as the non-sarcasm).

We did:
[+] 7 rounds (slightly less than 2.4km)
[+] 9 GSTs (Grand-Stand-Torture in which 1 set = Going up the 5m high grandstand using the high steps and coming down again. Repeat set according to designated no.)
[+] 21 male push-ups (21 coz the teacher didn't want us to anticipate that he'd stop at 20 so we won't relax just yet)
[+] 30 crunches
[+] 15 leg-raises
[+] 15 back-raises
[+] 20 jumping-jacks
[+] 5 spider push-ups
[+] 5 diamond push-ups

THAT, for me, was the last straw mann. Diamond push-ups?! Crazy hard mann.. xS

But strangely enough, I felt really good after that. Must be the surge of endophines in me bloodstream. Otherwise known as "runners' high". To be fit and feel fab, I must be ready to swallow 'em training down no matter how tough they are! No pain, no gain!

2 things I learnt over this week and the last:
1) Have a buddy-pacer when you run.
2) Should you night-study, go with your bestie.
